exiting at 12th St. Exit:
Exit I-29 at the 12th St. exit.
If coming from the North, turn left onto 12th St. If coming from the South, turn right onto 12th
St.
Continue east toward Downtown.
12th St will turn into 11th St. Continue east on 11th St. Turn left on Phillips Ave. Holsen Hus is 1 and ½ blocks on the right side of the street. (You will go through the stop light at Phillips & 10th St.)

I-90 (3 variations):
1) Exit at I-29 South. Exit I-29 at the 12th St. exit.
Turn left (east) onto 12th Street. Continue east toward Downtown. 12th
St will turn into 11th St. Continue east on 11th St.
Turn left on Phillips Ave. Holsen Hus is 1 and ½ blocks on the right side of the street.

2) Exit at Cliff Avenue.
If coming from the West, turn right onto Cliff

3) Exit onto I-229 (South). Exit at 10th
Street. Take a right (west) onto 10th Street, continuing until Phillips
Avenue. Take a right onto Phillips Ave. Holsen Hus is one-half block
