Customer Service

Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground or US Postal Service.  Shipping charges are based upon the total amount of your merchandise order.  Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavier items.  You will be notified prior to shipment should any additional charges apply.

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are sent by US Postal Service.  Charges are double the standard charge for delivery to these states.

South Dakota residents:  You will be charged South Dakota state sales tax plus your applicable municipal sales tax rate(s) on merchandise and shipping charges.

Gifts sent to different addresses require separate shipping charges to each.

Please allow two (2) weeks for delivery.  If you require a RUSH order, please call Holsen Hus to discuss charges and your requirements.

Your privacy is very important to us and we will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.  Further, we protect your personal information on the web by utilizing SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology that encrypts all  information transmitted through our website. 

If you have chosen to maintain an account on our website, you may access and modify your information at anytime by clicking on "Account" and providing your login ID and password.  Should you lose or forget your password simply select "Please email me my password."  We will send a reminder to your email address on file.

Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for online orders must be received at Holsen Hus within 30 days of receipt of the package.  We do not accept returns of clearance items, food, dated collectibles, calendars, books, or music.   You are responsible for shipping charges to return the merchandise to Holsen Hus.  All returns/exchanges must be unused and suitable for resale.  Holsen Hus is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when returned to us.  You are encouraged to fully insure your return package in the event of damage or lost packages.

If your order is damaged or defective in anyway upon its arrival from us, please call 605.331.4700 or email info@holsenhus.com.  Please keep all original boxes and packaging material.

Since our items are imported from a variety of countries, prices are subject to change without notice.  In addition, some items may be in limited quantity.  No guarantee should be implied simply by the presence of an item in our on-line store or automated confirmation of an order.  You will be notified prior to shipment if any of the item(s) in your order are not available or the price has changed.  We recommend ordering early when purchasing items for gifts.
